You are visiting Stacey Hesketh's web site. I am located in a rural setting in north eastern Victoria.
My dogs are an essential part of my life and I refer to them as 'the kids'. They have the run of my property and my life!
Because I adore my dogs, I am resolved to ensure, as well as I can, that my dachshund puppies are placed in selected loving companion homes. To this end, I need to be satisfied that the placement is with dog lovers and not just dog owners.
At any time, I will gladly take back any puppy or dog if an owner becomes unable to care for him or her.
"Australian Champion Zyzeal Lil Miss Willow" (Willow) pictured left after winning Best of Breed at Heidelberg & District Kennel Club Show on 24 July 2010. Willow had just turned 7 months of age when she won this. A big, big, thank you to Chris and Les Moore for entrusting this special little girl to me. Willow is the culmination of my four year search for a 'quality' Shaded Cream Miniature Long Haired Dachshund.
"Australian Champion Zyzeal Lootah Baron" (Cooper) pictured to the right had been awarded two Minor Puppy in Groups, all before he turned 7 months of age. He attained his Australian Champion Title at 13 months of age. I am looking forward to a wonderful future with this special man with 'personality plus'.
"Vidlynn Silva Dance 'N' Rain" (Silva) pictured to the left, is the newest addition to the family. Silva, a lovely silver dapple girl, has come to me from Shona Callaghan-Saunders in New Zealand. Silva was awarded Bitch Challenge at her first show in Australia.
